Common questions
How long does ISO 9001 certification take?
For most small and mid-sized plants, 3 to 6 months from gap assessment to the certification audit. It depends on how much documentation and how many controls are already in place, and on how much time your team can give.
Do you issue the ISO certificate?
No. Certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies. We prepare your organisation, help you choose a credible certification body and support you through the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits.
Can you prepare us for a buyer or customer audit at short notice?
Yes. We run a mock audit against the buyer's checklist, list the gaps by priority and work with your team to close the critical ones before the audit date.
What does the dashboard cost, and do we need any software?
The dashboard comes with every implementation engagement. It runs in a web browser and on mobile, so you don't need to install anything. Alerts go to the WhatsApp numbers and email addresses you choose.
What results can Lean and TPM deliver?
Lean removes waiting, excess movement, rework and excess inventory from the flow. TPM cuts breakdowns and raises machine availability. We set a baseline for OEE, output per operator and defect rate at the start, then track each one on your dashboard so you can see the improvement.
Do you work outside our city?
Yes. We combine on-site visits with online reviews, and the dashboard keeps everyone on the same page between visits.
